RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ORDERS:

You can return products* within 15 days of purchase (or 30 days for gifts) if you are not fully satisfied. No questions asked! You will need to cover the return shipping cost, and we will issue a refund once the item is received.

To initiate a return, please email love@childrengoods.com. If you received a damaged item or an incorrect order, we will take care of the return shipping for you.

Can I return my order?

We ask that all items be returned within 3 days of delivery, in perfect condition for resale, with tags still attached.

All items must be new, unused, and returned in their original ChildrenGoods packaging.

ChildrenGoods can only accept returns for complete items. Please be aware that sets, multipacks, etc., are treated as a single item and cannot be partially refunded.

To ensure fairness in our return process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain items.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Once received at our warehouse, returned items will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Please remember that delivery fees are non-refundable.

What exchange options do you provide?

ChildrenGoods does offer exchanges, but this service is limited to customers located in Bangladesh.

Please note that exchange stock is not held. If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to provide alternative options.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

ChildrenGoods allows returns on all products.

However, we can only accept returns for complete items. Sets, multipacks, etc., are considered as one and cannot be partially refunded.
